Rental conditions
The rental of a vacation home is based on our rental conditions, which you can view in advance.
Rental conditions
Please note that you have to bring your own towels for the bathroom/kitchen and bed linen (fitted sheets and covers).
The house must be left cleaned at the end of the rental period.

Prices
The prices for renting are valid for one week (Saturday to Saturday) and are staggered according to the season:
Winter: December – May, EUR 500,- (minimum rental period 2 weeks)
Summer: May – September, EUR 450,-
Autumn: October – November, EUR 400,-
For longer stays there is a discount offer: The 6th week is rent-free!
In addition, a deposit of EUR 50,- per week will be charged, which will be deducted from the electricity consumption (billing by meter).
With the booking 30% of the total price is due; the balance 30 days before the start of the rental period.
